burjkhalifaentry.com is not the official website of the Burj Khalifa nor does it maintain a direct relationship with that institution. We act exclusively as intermediaries facilitating the acquisition of tickets and tourism services offered by third parties. Any reference to the Burj Khalifa is made solely for descriptive and informational purposes related to ticket sales.

The official price of the general admission to the Burj Khalifa starts from 199 AED, and up to 769 AED for Platinum Access, as set by the institution.

The price displayed on the Website corresponds to the total amount to be paid by the User, which includes both the ticket price and the management and intermediation fees applicable for the services provided by Artem World Tours S.L.

These intermediation fees may vary depending on the type of service, date, demand, or supplier conditions.

Thus, the total price shown during the purchase process already includes all applicable concepts and taxes, and represents the final amount that the User must pay to acquire the service.

Prices may vary without prior notice due to supplier changes, to cover possible discrepancies.

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with current legislation, good faith, morality, and public order, as well as with the provisions of this document.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Website for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or purposes that may harm the rights or interests of Artem World Tours S.L. or third parties.

The User will be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided during registration, purchase, or contact processes.

1. The User may select the available tourism services and add them to their purchase process.

2. Once the reservation is confirmed, the User will receive a confirmation email with the details.

3. Payment will be made through the secure payment platforms enabled on the Website.

4. It is the User's responsibility to carefully review the conditions of the contracted service (dates, times, meeting point, restrictions, etc.) before confirming the purchase.

5. Payment confirmation implies acceptance of the purchase conditions.

Each tourism service may have specific cancellation and refund conditions, which will be clearly indicated during the contracting process.

In general:

• No refunds will be issued for the User's no-show on the agreed date or at the agreed place.
• In case of cancellation by Artem World Tours S.L. or inability to provide the service, the User may choose between:
  • Full refund of the amount paid, or

Refunds due to customer error

In cases where the User requests a refund due to their own error in the reservation or data entry, the amount refunded will be subject to the deduction of management and refund fees.

These fees include, among others, administrative costs and commissions applied by the payment gateway, which are not refundable to Artem World Tours S.L..

The amount of these charges may vary depending on the payment platform used and will be communicated to the User before processing the refund.

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, design, navigation structure, databases, and source code) are the property of Artem World Tours S.L. or its legitimate owners.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of the content without the express authorization of its owners is prohibited.
